The Kobold Code
Our rules for playing and streaming Old School Magic. Read them before creating a free membership or joining a table.
Play Old School Magic
Use StreamTable for Old School Magic matches, deck discussions and related community events. Keep cameras, microphones, screen sharing, usernames and chat appropriate for a public audience, including when you choose a private table.
Keep it safe for viewers
No pornography, nudity or sexually explicit content. No graphic violence, illegal content, threats, hateful conduct, harassment or targeted abuse. Do not deliberately display other people’s private information or show someone on camera without their permission.
Respect the stream
Both players must agree before a match goes live on Twitch. Streaming may be recorded and replayed there. Stop the broadcast if consent is withdrawn or unsafe content appears. Use only music, images and video you have the right to broadcast. Follow Twitch’s Community Guidelines ↗.
Be good company
Play fairly, speak respectfully and give opponents room to enjoy their match. Live matches, commentary and Twitch chat are in English so international players can follow along. Private matches should remain welcoming to everyone.
If the code is broken
The administrator may stop a stream, remove a participant’s access or ban an account. Serious violations may lead to an immediate ban. A member who is banned cannot sign in or join new tables. Twitch may also take action under its own rules.
